We all desire to have smooth healthy and shiny hair without Hairfall. Here are some tips for Hair Care in Ayurvedic way.
2. In the morning apply henna to small bundles of hair starting from the roots to ends of hair. Cover with plastic shower cap.
Shikakai- In order to prepare it the fruit pods, leaves and bark of the plant are dried, ground into a powder, then made into a paste or boiled in water. While this traditional shampoo does not produce the normal amount of lather that a sulfate-containing shampoo would, it is considered a good cleanser. It is mild, having a naturally low pH, and doesn't strip hair of natural oils. Usually no conditioner is needed, for shikakai also acts as a detangler.[6] An infusion of the leaves has been used in anti-dandruff preparations.[citation needed]
Henna- Henna is not only used as a dye but also as a conditioner for hair. It helps removing dandruff and smoothens the hair and controls hair loss.
To enhance the effects shikakai powder on hair we can add some more ingredients to it, like, Methi Powder, Amla Powder, Ritha powder.
1. Mix Henna in water to form a uniform paste. Let it stand overnight.
3. Keep it on hair for at least an hour.
4. By the time the henna dries, in a vessel take 2 tablespoons of shikakai powder and the other powders you want to add and water. Mix it thoroughly.
